A: Pizzas take 20-30 minutes to prepare and cook on average. All pizzas are made to order, so the bigger the pizza and the more toppings you add, the longer it may take. As a rule, our pick-up time is 30 minutes and delivery time is 45 minutes to an hour. Some of our smaller items may not take as long, such as subs and salads
A: Our ‘regular’ crust is what we call our hand tossed (New York style). It is available in medium and large size only. We also offer an extra-thin version of our ‘regular’ crust which is available in medium and large size only. Our last style of crust is deep dish (Sicilian) which is our most popular. It is offered in medium, large and extra-large (a.k.a. the Buckeye). We offer a personal size pizza, which comes in its own style of crust, described as in between regular and deep dish.

A: Yes we do! We have 12 rotating flavors of gelato that are available by the scoop or by the pint. However, for delivery we only sell by the pint. We also have fresh baked double chocolate chip cookies and chocolate fudge brownies.
A: As a general rule: Personal- 4 pieces, feeds 1. Medium-6 pieces, feeds 1-2. Large (thin and extra thin) – 8 slices, feeds 2-4. Large (deep dish) – 15 pieces, feeds 3-5. Buckeye – 30 pieces, feeds 10-12.
A: The simple answer is, “You can’t rush greatness.” We use deck ovens, hand cut vegetables and use fresh meats like sausage, which take a bit more time to cook. Depending on the type and amount of toppings it can take a lot more time to thoroughly cook.
A: Yes, our staff is well equipped to accommodate such orders. We can even set up orders weeks or months in advance. Just give us a call, in advance when possible, we will be happy to serve your group or party.
A: Yes, we charge a $3.00 delivery fee and ask for a minimum purchase of $10.00 for delivery.
A: We are located in the heart of Ohio State’s campus, so we will deliver to most OSU buildings. Our defined delivery area is as follows: North to Hudson Ave., West to Olentangy River Rd., East to the railroad track(just east of North Fourth St)., South to Goodale Blvd. Exceptions are made, taking into consideration time, size of order and proximity to delivery area, just ask our staff.
A: Yes. When weather permits, usually April to October, we have a few bistro style tables in front of our building. Smoking is NOT permitted at these tables.
A: No, we do not. However, we do everything we can to accommodate our young patrons.
A: We carefully searched the entire planet to find them. Actually, we cannot point to any one thing. We are simply very fortunate.
A: Our pizzas automatically come with sauce and cheese. Additional toppings are extra.
A: Yes, we have 10” gluten free crust available.
A: No, no and no.
A: Yes. We have a few larger tables, about 13 smaller tables, and a bar that can seat up to 8. Groups of more than 6 people will be accommodated when possible, although at peak times there is far less of a likelihood that we will have the capacity for large parties.
A: No, we do not. However, feel free to place a dine- in order ahead of time (call ahead). If the dining room is full, we will keep your order warm until we can seat you.
A: Yes. We encourage it, especially for our lunch delivery orders. Weekday lunches we fill up fast for delivery times (we take 2 to 3 time slots every 15 minutes). Our system is set up to accommodate orders in advance and we try our best to deliver at the exact time a customer wants, however some things are out of our control, like traffic, accidents etc. Preorders for carry out are a little easier, with oven space being the only issue. As always, just give our staff a call and we will set up an order for you.
A: Cash. Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. For our OSU customers, we accept BUCKID as well as Purchase Orders. Sorry, we do not accept checks of any kind.
A: Yes. We have 18 beers on tap and various bottles and cans. It’s a rotating selection that includes many local craft IPA’s, lagers, porters, and some ciders and seltzers. We have a crowler machine as well, so you can take a can of any draft beer with you to go. We also have a variety of red and white wines. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver alcohol.
A: Unfortunately we do not have our own parking to offer to our customers. Since we are located on the Ohio State University’s main campus and in a metro area, finding parking can be difficult. However, we do have several loading zone spaces right in front of our front door that are available for customers picking up their orders. There are metered spaces surrounding our entire block, including the new spaces recently converted on 10th Ave. that provide even more metered parking. There is additional parking on the nearby streets, although please read the parking signs carefully as some spaces require a permit for certain hours. There is also a parking garage on 11th Ave near Neil Ave and one on 9th Ave near Neil Ave, both available to visitors at an hourly rate and are a very brief walk from our location.
A: We try to deliver all our orders in a timely fashion, but our drivers can only wait so long for a customer before he starts holding up his next customer, creating a domino effect. It is nothing personal we just need to be mindful of the other customers’ needs. If you provide a room number or specific location in the hospital, our drivers will gladly deliver directly to you provided they have security access to your location.
A: Yes, we sell gift cards but not online. That said, if you call the pizza shop at 614-421-2300 someone will help you get a gift card. They will do the transaction over the phone and mail you the physical card.

A: Any order of $160.00 or more.
A: We want to make sure our employees earn a living wage.
A: Should a delivery driver receive a large gratuity on a single order, they regularly share it with the cooks who made your order. It’s a case where a rising tide lifts all boats. We hope our customers will feel good about paying a gratuity to an employee who is working hard. Please keep in mind they are trying to either pay for school, raise a family or just to get ahead.
A: Yes, If there is a problem with your order, please contact us directly 614-421-2300 within two hours of receiving your order. Our main priority is to be fair with our customers. If there is a substantial amount of product uneaten due to issues with it, we will remake and replace the food. If for logistical or other reasonable factors a remake is not possible, then we will financially compensate you up to the full amount paid. Thank you for your business!
